Guildtown Astroturf

The Astroturf is marked out for football, basketball and tennis. Guildtown Primary School use the facility in the summer and autumn terms for gym.

Tennis net

Tennis nets are available and are located in the yellow bin by the astroturf door.

Maintenance

There have been some drainage issues in the wider park area - caused by a collapsed / blocked field drain - which has impacted on the Astroturf surface during periods of particularly heavy / persistent rain.

The Community Association is aware that we need to invest in maintaining the Astroturf surface. We have been cleaning the surface on an annual basis and as at December 2021 we are researching costs for future surface maintenance.
