There is a great network of different types of paths around Guildtown.
these paths were upgraded around the year 2000. Previously the paths were worn tracks on the field margins. However with funding from Perth & Kinross Countryside Trust the tracks were upgraded to hard-core wheelchair usable paths. Bridging was installed over the burns and horse gates installed at a couple of locations.
these tracks follow deer tracks through the woods (mainly to the south of the Guildtown - St. Martin's road). They can get boggy after lots of rain - wellies might be your best footwear..
However, they are full of wee critters - see the Bio Blitz page.
Under Scotland's Outdoor Access Code, Perth & Kinross Council has defined a series of core paths giving residents reasonable access through their area.
